the bushings are pressed in, plan on putting new bolts in too they tend to seize to the sleeve in the bushing and you have to cut the bolt. when i did mine i machined a piece just a little smalled than the o.d. of the bushing and pressed them like that other wise a socket will word

Currently in the process of doing mine. Not because I have to, but because I am switching out the leafs with a set off a 77 F250, and that bolt in the bushing on the front of the leaf WILL NOT MOVE.

You will have to press them out. Usually just the inner sleeve and the rubber will come out. There is an outer metal sleeve that will probably stay inside the leaf. Take a sawzall and carefully cut 4 notches on the inside of that sleeve, and then pry the pieces out. It's a PITA, trust me. The hardest part is cutting the bolt that hold the front of the leaf on. Cut inside the hanger. Buy about 10 sawzall blades!

even easier way of getting the metal sleeve out of the spring eye is usuing an air hammer with a ripper bit catch it on the edge and let er eat. ohh yeah do yourself a favor and use anti-seize in case you ever have to remove them again
