Truck Wont start, any help?

I have an 02 F250 Superduty v10, My third brake light was out and I replaced the bulb and that didn't fix it, so I pulled the fuses one at a time to see if any of those were bad.
Now I can't get it to start. It's as though the truck doesn't even recoginize that the key is even there.
I don't have any security systen that I know of.
I can turn the key and none of the guages move, none of the idiot lights come on, the door chime doesn't shut of after the key is in the on position.
I checked the fuses with a test light to see if they were all getting power and 9 of them have no power no matter what position the key is in.
Fuse Position.....Description
#09.................Heated Mirrors...................don't have these anyways
#22.................Engine Control
#23.................Engine Control
#31.................Clutch Interlock Switch.......not sure wht this is
#32.................Radio (start)
#43.................Fog Lamps
#44.................PATS Module, Transceiver...not sure what this is
#45.................Ignition switch Run/ Start feed

The truck does turn over, but does nothing else.

If anyone has any idea what might be the problem, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Have you tried disconnecting the battery check grounds then connect battery again??

I did disconnect the battery, left it unhooked for a half an hour. All cable are clean. I do have power to alot of stuff in the truck.

i assume it started before u messed with the fuses so i would look over that again...i think there are fuses and relays inside the cab as well as under the hood

sounds to me like u fried the computer if everything else pans out

I would check all the fuse connections that you played with. You may have pushed a fuse in the wrong way and now it is not making contact. Can you see a check engine light?

Thanx for all the info, it tuen out to be something simple, and stupid. Some how I must have put a 20 amp fuse where a 30 belonged according to the ford dealer. Personally I would think that if the fuse wasn't strong enough amperage wise it would have just blown. But what do I know.

Actually, thanks for getting back with the results. I'm personally confused too as to how the system would have had a clue about any mis-installed fuses (unless there's an extra contact, etc). But your experience of getting no response with any of the accessories, and that it might be the fuses, is very interesting. Thanks for the update!
