Up fitter Wiring and grounding Question

Wanted to know how you ground the accessories you have installed such as lighting. The truck manual says not to used the battery as a ground.
I assume you used the body or frame.
Looking for ideas since Im electrically illiterate

Thank you

On every accessory I've put on I run a ground to the nearest existing ground wire I can find on the frame. I'll ring lug the wire with a connecter big enough to go around the bolt and just place it directly on top of the factory ground wire.

Just look around there are grounds in numerous places already. Look on the fender well next to the batteries there will be one on both sides.
