Lights Blinking and nothing Else Works
 

2018 Lariat Super Duty F350 ..So I look outside and I see my top headlights, Side marker lights and Mirror lights flashing. Bottom headlights on steady. Key Fob does not work at all. Open door with key and my retractable running boards start cycling 1/4 way down then up..then 1/2 way down then up and hen fully down. Headlight switch won't turn off headlights and nothing inside the truck works. Won't start or even show any of the displays. The Chime inside the car is going off and overhead console light is blinking. ANY idea what the heck is causing this?? Battery is charged. STUMPED

I'm no mechanic but I think I would do the ole computer control/alt/delete, ie disconnect the battery for a few minutes and reconnect.

Trying that now sdenn weird thing is it was sitting since yesterday and wasn't doing it 2 hours ago. We had a really heavy blowing rain for about an hour... Maybe something got wet??

Put a load tester on batteries and they drop to 10.8 and 11 volts under load … Possibly weak batteries??
