Water in oil...

Hey guys finally built a new garage. I got the truck in and figured it's been sitting outside under a tarp outside for a bit. So decided to change the oil and start to get it ready to fire and looks like there is oil in the water. Am I correct and possible causes??
Thanks guys
Dan

My first guess would be head gaskets, I guess it is a V8?

That does look like water in the oil, but not antifreeze. It's likely condensation from short run times, too cool a thermostat, etc.

I’d change the oil and filter and run it a bit. Check the oil frequently. See if it clears the yuck out. If it’s condensation you may have to change the oil a couple of times. If it gets milky again you’re probably gonna have to pull the heads.:'(

I had a john deere model a that did that too. Had to start it and run it like a rented mule to keep the moisture burnt out.https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.for...aa98df1f10.jpg

Worth checking the draft tube to see if it's plugged, also clean the mesh in the filler cap.
