TS Mounting...
I have a 2002 Ford F-350 Lariat and I was wondering where I can mount my TS Chip without taking the knob off? My small allen is stripped and I’m just branching out to other ideas for mounting.

Not sure if I understand your question. Here's how I did mine https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.for...c4667f570a.jpg

Forgive me but just guy buy/borrow a drill bit and an allen.
Mount it to the right of the wheel on the kick panel for the knees. Somewhere comfortable to reach in a pinch. I sat in the truck for a few minutes with a sharpie and stabbed it and drilled (after panel was off). Make sure you torque the PCM box 10mm in the firewall to spec. I was nervous and had the truck just go to sleep on me, (not tight enough) not cool. I have a thread on it if you research, but don't forget!!!!! Don't let that PCM wiggle at all. Wire ties are your friend. Denny:-drink |
BTW,
Hack saw and patience or a grinder will make that allen new. |

You can also get a left hand drill bit (screw extractor) and that should do the trick in a jiffy. |

I pulled the trigger on a 77 Camper Special with a 460. Going to do very little to the exterior but do a full mechanical rebuild. The truck runs and drives but not well. I hope I didn't pay to much. What do these things go for?
