This was taken by a professional photographer at a roping held in Sheridan, Wyoming.

The pictured truck's ability to pull a gooseneck trailer is what I hope to achieve with my truck; hopefully with more "style", and alot less jury-rigging.

Something tells me he ain't running a flat head engine:D Obviously on a later twin I beam chassis. I like it. An old Ford truck doing what they were designed to do. Perhaps not as pretty as some of us would prefer but I bet it is very functional. Get rid of that ugly air cleaner housing, a paint job and ya got one fine truck.

Other than the jarring presence of the rusty barrel (with appropriate Ford logo) - the rig looks great. One must get past the tendency to avoid things that - at first blush - seem to be unfortunate zits, beyond the control of the owner. In this case, it is just begs the question: 'Why?'
