Something tells me he ain't running a flat head engine Obviously on a later twin I beam chassis. I like it. An old Ford truck doing what they were designed to do. Perhaps not as pretty as some of us would prefer but I bet it is very functional. Get rid of that ugly air cleaner housing, a paint job and ya got one fine truck.
Other than the jarring presence of the rusty barrel (with appropriate Ford logo) - the rig looks great. One must get past the tendency to avoid things that - at first blush - seem to be unfortunate zits, beyond the control of the owner. In this case, it is just begs the question: 'Why?'
