How do you guys feel about a white body color and black two tone for this truck? I feel like blacked out has been done so many times I like the white and black two tone look and think it would look good. Opinions?

You know I love that scheme I say I am game for it.

It should be black on top, like 6" from bottom of window up to the roof....with dark tint.

black a little above the rockers down to bottom, with black wheels.

then white in between.

Be like driving oreo.

Lol i could make new badges that say F150 "OREO EDITION".

Lost eh clutch return spring or slave/master cylinder last night on my way home from work got stuck in the mall parking lot and had to get towed... no fluid was leaking and i could not see very well in teh dark even with my light on my phone.

Basically i was shifting from 2-3 and i heard a slight metallic click and then the pedal shot to the floor and i couldnt get back into gear. Luckily i was going downhill and just rolled into the empty mall parkinglot lol. It is currently at my father-in-laws shop where he is going to look at it for me tomorrow so i am vehicle-less its so weird...never had that feeling before lol.

What broke was the clutch piston going into the slave cylinder...

Ok guys, need help deciding on a paint scheme. I cant decide whether to go white w/ black two tone or just all black for the truck. i will be painting it myself and probably in the coming weeks because i want to get it ready for winter which involves a small lift and 33" new tires.

Going to make her ready this fall!
list of mods:
- SD rear springs
- 4" front lift kit
- 33x11r16 tires
- new paintjob
- street flares
- hook up auxiliary lights

I vote you bed line the whole truck black. Very east to apply, very tough coating, and imperfections don't show

Damn...that looks good what type of Berliner do you think? I would prefer a semi gloss of its even possible lol

Oh what about monstaliner!? I could do a red/black two tone and do the upper and lower thirds of the truck black with a big red stripe down the sides. I priced it out and it would be a grand total of $312 for an entire paint job in monstaliner bedliner.

I prefer the red and black over the bedliner. Sorry but bedliner deserves to be in a bed.

By the way that red and black truck is killer.

I agree with trav and I would recommend monstaliner. It worked great for me! Whatever you do, don't bother with the duplicolor bed liner. It is crap.

Sorry, I misread it. I like the 2 tone, but I was thinking 2 tone bed liner. It would be really hard to line the colors up because bed liner is textured though. If you're going to make it an off-roader, I'd go all bed liner. You'd have to practice the 2 tone though.

Makes sense now lol, it would be hard but I don't think if it was tapped off properly that it would be that difficult, I'd probably overlap by an inch or two.

Well if you don't mind your bedliner paint job fading in the sun and being super hard to clean, go for it. Otherwise use real paint.
