Do you have cruise control? Horn wiring is different between cruise/non-cruise vehicles.
Non-cruise equipped trucks get their power from the headlight switch through a yellow wire that goes from the h/l switch to the horn pad. From there, there is a blue/yellow wire that goes from the horn pad to the horns. The blue/yellow wire won't show any power untill the horn pad is depressed. If you have cruise, the horn works through a relay. |
no speed control, wondering if I have a wirre out of place when I replaced the signal switch??power goes fron the light switch to the column via what wire??which is the power at the connection socket??
