2005 F-150 coolant change

Hey fellas. I was going to start getting the stuff together to do a coolant change and noticed that the coolant is a yellow color and none of the parts houses have that particular coolant. They said the universal 50/50 blend is fine but the owners manual says to use the yellow stuff.

Is there an aftermarket coolant I can use that will replace the factory stuff without any issues?

Also, how many gallons will I need?

I went with the Prestone 50/50 universal coolant. All the parts houses and mechanics I spoke with recommended it.

To do a thermostat change I used 1.5 gallons.

Quick search shows this info;

I guess the fine print on the jugs does matter... Although the Prestone site does say their product is compatable with any fluid type.
