Fueling Issues Solved
 

As we all know, Most of the fuel necks are to small to get fuel anywheres, or off-road for that matter. Well I dug into it thinking, Ah shouldn't be that difficult, Pop it out and punch it out and pop it together. Well there is more to it, Not difficult, But have an hour to play with.

I also found the issue with the "sensitive fillups" where the pump keeps kicking off becuase of placement issues in the filler tube, There are 2 in them. The "main fill" and the outer "overfill/protector" tube, I removed the inner filler tube, And have filled up 3 times now trying to make it spray, kick or leak, and its golden.

I figured to post it on here incase your running into the filler neck diameter problems or fill up sensitivity, that its semi quick and easy! :-jammin

Mine fills to quick and spills out before pump shuts off....only happened 3 times so far but still shouldn't happen...

I removed the overflow and still had filler problems, never could figure out why the 1990 had so many problems filling up, both tanks do that and it drives me nuts.

i keep thr nozzle out slightly, still shuts off before overflow(has bever iverflowed)
