Frustrated 04

I just had my 04 5.4l engine rebuilt. Ive driven it about 500 mi and it started running rough at a stoplight. I tapped the accelerator and it started running good again but service engine light came on. I pulled the codes and they were p0022,po345,p0340,and p0430. It has done this several times now. Everything was replaced including the phasers, except for the camshaft sensors. Could they cause this problem?
Any input would be very appreciated.:-huh

Sounds like the computer needs to be reflashed so it can learn the new engine and how it runs. I could be wrong but I would try that first. Disconnect battery for 10 minutes and then reconnect and drive for 100 miles and see if that helps any.

I would service the codes. You can use the diagnostic routine in the Powertrain and Emissions shop manual. That's how I would approach the issues. I don't like replacing parts and hoping for the best. I want to know it's fixed right the first time.

Frusrtated 04 newly rebuilt engine with camshaft position sensor codes.
poo22, p0345, p0340, p0430. Engine is a 04 5.4L 3V. Ive driven the truck about 500 mi.
After it is warmed up, occasionally when I come to a stop it starts running rough and sometimes dies. I tap the accelerator or restart it and it starts running fine again.
The camshaft position sensors were not replaced when the engine was rebuilt.
Does anyone know how to test these? or could the valve timing be off a tooth?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
