04 F250 barely runs
 

a friend brought a 04 F250 to the shop that had quit on him, i tried and after several attemps it finally started running but u couldnt drive it because when u gave it throttle it would hardly go or just cut off.. here are all the codes it spit out btw i unplugged the MAF to get it to crank P0113 -P0270-P0278-P0460-P1102-P2269-P2291-U0155 IT ALSO SAID IT WASNT COMMUNICATING with the Dashboard Any helpful tips would be Greatly Appreciated.. Oh the FICM held 48.2-47.6 volts when i scaned it

check the wires to the fan clutch. check ICPV and icp pressure. check fuse f2-22

585.66 icp pressure. 0.91volts I cleaned the batt terms and the Dash came back to life and fuse is good

i checked the fuel pressure it was around 40psi isnt that low and it was slow to get there. still wont run

thats very low. what filters are you using. are they new filters. replace the regulator spring. odds are though thats not gonna to fix your main issue.

Wix filters I'll check the spring

ditch the wix filters theres a 10 psi loss right there. been there done that.

yup sure is

ok new filters and he went ahead and got a new fuel pump(under warranty) he has connections at the parts store: fuel pressure is back up and working good, found alot of water in the fuel so i drained as much as possible and put in fresh fuel and load tested the batts and had to replace the pass side batt and still not running
