Looks sooooo much better, nice truck. LvL kit and new tires / rims makes such a difference in the appeal of a truck. Can't wait to get rid of my stock tires and rims.

Are these your rims? Vision Wheel

I love their look on your truck. what size do you have? I've been looking at rims on discounttire, and saw the visions on there. Thought they looked familiar then came back here.

bingo thats where i got mine. they are 17x8.5 with 315/70/17 (aka 35x12.50x17)

I really like the look of your old truck singlecabfreak, but I just can't get passed the fact that you lifted a 2 wheel drive truck. That's just a lot of money for something that isn't overly functional. I am proud of the fact that you actually work for the stuff you put on your truck though. Again, I am not bashing the mods, just seems weird to me.

1bad67sbf 05-07-2010 08:57 PM

yeah something about a 2wd thats lifted and can be out done by a stock 4wd but if thats his thing so be it. but im with you, the jump to 4x4 cost less than the mods

jthorngate3 05-07-2010 09:02 PM

Yeah, I would kill for a truck like that, that was 4x4. Still looks awesome. Cudo's to the work done. Plus, it's always nice to be on a shops good side, haha. You are gonna have to put some idiot repellent on the new truck though, haha. Don't need a repeat of that grizzly scene. Glad it didn't turn out worse.

Very Nice gabrif150!

Must be a big truck to have driving down the small streets of Rome. Very nice photos as well! I see the National Geographic Sticker on the tailgate, do you work for them?

gabrif150 05-24-2010 07:24 AM

Thank you Justin. I do not work for them(wish i could) but since i like what they do i bought this sticker - i love traveling. It's a hard job sometimes to drive this lady on the streets here and you may do it safetley only very early in the morning. I use it for going out of the city mainly. The point is i really love it.

Very nice. Glad to see someone from the other side of the world on these forums. You should jump in on the conversations and do some reading. There is a lot to learn on these forums.
