My VIN doesn't show on ETIS, weird

Just found this on the Rumor Site.
"The 12 hours is not for everyone. Read the handout. Been working this since last Friday(12 hours). No determination on how long it will last. Every truck that is off site(4000), must go down Cal line again before being shipped. Ok to ship was last Friday."

What is the Cal line? So if OK to ship has passed, as we have apparently been seeing, what is the next step? OK to Sell? And that date would be 8/21?

Do not know your build date or VIN but my window sticker and ETIS does not show yet. I think the build date has to be real close to get this info. My build date 8/17 VIN 21600 and still waiting for info from these sites.:-X22

Cal for "Calibration"? Just guessing. To further the rumor, maybe it means a new calibration to 500/1000? Rumors are fun aren't they?

My Build Date was showing Sept 5th on ETIS. Im guessing Oasis could be down, that's the message I get when I type in the VIN

Mine disappeared earlier as well. Came back though. My big worry is that it disappeared out of the dealers system (the same one you search inventory for). I searched my area and see all kind of platinum f-450s but none of them are mine.

Wonder if it exploded in the parking lot?:-hair

Based on what ToddStang said, I'd be surprised to see any 450s, only gassers (chassis cabs) should have shipped if he's right, which I suspect he probably is.

Try this site for a VIN decoder. Seems to be a little more accurate than the Etis site.

Weird. That VIN Decoder pops up as my truck being 8', not 6 3/4'. My quote sheet says 6 3/4' I wonder if the decoder defaults to 8' .
