I currently run a ford 400 in my 78 f250,, I am on the fence thinking about building another 400 with a little more hp/compression
I can sell this 400 turn key for a price, or possible part some out like the short block or heads etc.

400 block .040
cast crank and rods reconditioned ARP
T myers pistons,
~11-1 195 cranking compression
comp cam 585/282 .235 @050
Trick flow 62 cc heads
comp pushrods,
solid flat tappet with EDM hole.
Trick flow aluminum rockers.
Wieand intake.
Pertronics distributor.

Everything built right,, in the truck now and can go for a ride. In no hurry because i just secured a buildable 400 core.

If you want it turn key,, carb to pan it will be ~4000 and that is a steal,, the heads correctly set up cost ~3500.

everything new, everything quality,, no cost cutting chinese junk.
