I had this on my 2003 F250 6.0L for six months. Just wasn't a fan of all the extra tubing required for a remote CCV delete, and apparently, my truck doesn't have that much blow-by anyway.
Comes with everything pictured making it practically a plug and play. All that's needed is a plug in the intake, a few hose clamps, 1" coupler, and hose. The mounting block is for a 2003; can't confirm it will work on a different model year.
