7.3 diesel 4x4 manual transmission single cab 12’ flat bed dump, electric/hydraulic.
98,000 miles. Parked for about 3 years (unknown reason)
  I bought it for body parts to repair my front end wreck damaged crew cab 
thinking I would sell the remaining parts. To my surprise with a small amount of effort it started and it appears to run and drive ok. Drove it only about 2 miles, tires are very sketchy. I purchased body parts elsewhere. 
Here is what I know. 
Body is good but not flawless (very minor)
Doors and hood operate correctly 
Has a little blow by
Engine valley is dry. 
Rodents nested on engine 
and in glove compartment. (Cleaned out)
As a result a few wires near fuel bowl have a little damage (minor)
Oil leak at dipstick tube on pan.
12V for dump bed is not hooked up. (P/O stated it worked and pump+ motor was new when parked)
Both batteries have 2022 stickers and test good. 
Trans. jumps out of 2nd gear
4x4 works
Windshield cracked 
Elec. windows + locks work but need lubed
Lights work
Tires as stated are not roadworthy but will hold air. 
Interior is fair
Carpet is good
Driver seat has the standard hole worn on left bottom (small enough to be repaired)
Some of instrument cluster doesn’t work (likely wires near fuel bowl)
Trans. shift boot has a hole in it

Seems ok but obviously needs work This is as brutally honest as I can be. 
Clean/Clear tittle. Registration is current.
