After spending more than $60K getting this truck dialed in our needs have changed and we are moving on to a new F250. No need to hang on to the Excursion any longer. Long list of things done:
1. New DFC long block installed one year ago, just now broken in (less than 10k miles)
2. Tons of upgrades to the engine - intake, injectors, KC Turbo, custom tunes, exhaust
3. Super nice sound system added with center console sub, amps, etc.
4. Complete dynamat of interior
5. All new carpets, interior refresh 
6. Brand new Icon lift, no more rubbing with new 35" tires
7. No expense spared. The only things that haven't been touched are the fuel pump and transmission.
8. Removed factory oil cooler and replaced with all climate Bulletproof Diesel air/oil cooler system. Temps stay super close
9. Original black paint still in pretty good condition
10. Undercarriage was sprayed with coating years ago so zero rust.
11. Amp steps
12. New brakes 12,000 miles ago
13. Everything works.
14. Just passed CO smog test
