yes.. these are the safe rims..not widow makers. I removed them from the truck they were originally on.  They are white with red rings but should be sandblasted or sanded and painted. They use tubes.  I am in Central Florida - near Orlando and they need to be picked up as they are heavy.  Free to a good home.
