Description:

TMI brand bench seat for 1961-1966 Ford trucks.  Purchased from CJ Pony parts in October 2021 for a total of $1,532.82 plus tax and shipping, which took it to $1,848.54.  It now retails for $2,048.98 plus tax and shipping, which means that, at least in PA where I live, with 6% tax and $211.09 shipping that I paid last year, the total would be $2,383.08.  I'd like to get $600 for it, saving you $1,783.08 versus ordering new from CJ Pony Parts.

It may fit other models than I specified.  It fits the standard 1961-1966 bolt holes in the floor for the factory seat.

I put it in the truck and drove it around for maybe a half hour combined.  I simply do not like it.  The back sits up higher than the stock seat, and the back of my stock seat is worn way down, so the new seat pushes my upper back forward, which I do not like.  I also am not a fan of the cutouts for your rear end.  I talked to an interior guy about getting it modified, and he said just sell it and buy a seat that you like.   It also sits lower than the factory seat, requiring custom brackets to raise it up to the normal level without your arm hitting the arm rest.

Here are pictures of the seat in and out of the truck, as well as proof of purchase price.  It's a split bench and the seatbacks fold forward and backward.  The standard adjuster under the driver's side is there to move the whole seat forward and backward.  It's a beautiful vinyl seat, firm and comfortable besides my issues with it.
