Originally a Saskatchewan Farm truck with Flat Bed

Original Mercury 255cu flat head V8 – just back from a multiyear full restoration New Generation Engines in Fonthill, Ont

-          All new internals

o   Offenhauser pistons                              

o   ISKY valves, lifers & ISKY cam shaft,

o   rod and main bearings,

o   new oil pump,

o   oil pump, timing & distributer drive gears,

o   Edelbrock cylinder heads,

o   water pumps, distributer and wires etc.)

-          Fitted with a 2 barrel Holley carburetor – Still have original Carb

-          Block magnafluxed, verified and decked - Mild bore .060 over

-          From the factory in 1950, engine produced about 100 hp and 200 ft.lb of torque, now it produces 152 hp and 257 ft.lb torque

-          Engine gently broken in, tuned, and tested on Dyno ( reports available and engine running video attached to the Kijiji Add or I can email it to you)



 Invested a little over $14,000 into the engine,

·         $4,600 in new components from Speedway motors etc in California,

·         $9,500 for the engine rebuild, tuning and testing at New Generation



 All new 12 v gauge cluster and 14 circuit wiring harness and fuse block purchased and still in the original packaging $915.00 in costs



 Various cab components, door seals, turn signals, shop manuals, wiring diagrams (from Speedway), front internal and external fenders (from Manitoba) etc.  



 All sheet metal has been cleaned of bondo, sanded and coated to stop rust. Inside surfaces are black and all outer surfaces are red oxide primer. Rust repair was not done to show true condition of the body panels



 Truck reassembled to show completeness of the parts and pieces. Front windshield is not cracked. Have rear window, but it is cracked. Suitable for a template



 Clean title and Ontario registration in my name
