I have been looking for a 2nd Gen Ford Expedition recently, and I found one I was thinking about buying, but then a 1st Gen Lincoln Navigator fell into my lap, but the family selling the Expedition I was looking at seemed like really nice people, so I told them I would mention their vehicle to my friends on FTE. 

I am not sure if there are any rules against posting an ad for other people on here.  If so, go ahead and have an administrator delete this ad, but please let me know so I don't do it again  because I have a habit of telling everybody about all the neat stuff I find if I end up passing on the deal.... like a really neat F250 for sale on here that I already texted my non-SUV friends about. 

The owner and her husband seemed like really nice people, but I don't know them beyond just looking at their Ford, so as with all things in life, proceed with your eyes open.  They seemed very honest about the problems with the vehicle, and showed me each little blemish on the inside and outside, and told me that the engine had a miss (a 5.4 with a miss, imagine that!).  Here's the text and pictures from their ad.  It's in El Cajon, California, about 16 miles from San Diego.  I probably should have bought it, but for better or worse, I am stuck with the Navigator to get me out of California and back to a nice dry desert state.   ALSO:  speaking of my Navigator, I will be selling the 3rd row seat out of it very soon, so you'll probably see that ad on here in the next few weeks ---- a lot sooner if I wasn't working so much. And ANOTHER ALSO:  If anybody can point me towards some Scooby-Doo seat covers that will work with the Navigator's overly complicated seat control button placement, I'll be posting that in the wanted section.

2004 Ford Expedition XLT Sport SUV 4D.
Seats 8. Power 3rd row. 4x4. New stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. Newer alternator, spark plugs, and coil packs. O2 and oil sensor recently replaced. All hoses recently replaced. Just got an oil change and replaced filter. 213,316 miles currently. Has been a good car but our family no longer needs the bigger car. I have owned this car since 2013 and maintained it on schedule.
