1966 Ford F100 2wd truck for sale. 92,000 original miles. **All original paint and interior** Very little rust and will drive anywhere. Engine is a 352 CI FE big block with a 3 on the tree manual transmission. This is an old truck your wife or girlfriend will want to ride in and not be embarrassed by! This is the grandpa truck that is a total time capsule! If you are looking for a clean old truck that will not destroy your budget on sheet metal replacement, this is it. Not many left like this!

This is a custom cab so it was the upper end truck of it’s time…it has the uncommon door pockets and uncommon instrument cluster with wiper squirters that work! Has the in bed tool box!

-Cab corners, roof corners and cab mounts are all super solid on this truck**doesn’t have the usual rust on them**

-All electrical systems work/no electrical gremlins ! (horn is inop and the brake lights don’t work but I have never bothered to check it out…probably something very simple. Tail lights do illuminate)



 -Parts I have replaced since owning-

--Newer tires, spark plugs, pcv valve, ignition wires, valve cover gaskets,

--Cooling system-new heater hoses, coolant, heater control valve

--Brake system-replaced rear wheel cylinders, all brake fluid, adjusted brakes

--rear axle system-replace rear axle seals, differential housing seal and installed synthetic gear oil

-Fuel system-rebuilt carburetor and installed all new fuel system rubber hoses, replaced fuel pump

-exhaust system-replaced exhaust manifold down pipe flange doughnut gaskets

-Doors- I  went through both doors and installed all new weatherstrip/ window regulators/door bars with parts from Dennis Carpenter. This was about $600 worth of parts. I do have some exterior door seals , rear window cab seal and also some cab vent seals I have not installed yet but are included with the truck



 The truck is super solid and is very hard to find in this shape! Truck does have a slight bit of rust in the bed of the floor towards the cab where someone left leaves in the bed…also the floor of the cab has a repair a prior owner performed. Looks to be just some slight rust in the floor in the flat portion where you could fix with some sheet metal **not a whole floor replacement**

-truck could benefit from getting a new front windshield- original one is present and starting to get foggy… also some of the seam sealer around the drip rail and cab seams is starting to crack due to age. I would recommend replacing that.

Truck will drive anywhere and is in amazing shape for it’s age! I have purchased a newer truck to better suit my needs so I don’t need this one although I would love to keep it!
