Ford factory fifth wheel hitch with puck system. Purchased new OEM kit about a year ago. Kit is for a 2017 Ford Super Duty. Kit has all bolts and fasteners including the plastic ring covers and fresh set of instructions. I installed and removed the kit myself, willing to answer any install questions
