1978 F250 4x4, 5.9 Cummins common rail engine and 6 speed manual transmission (from 2006 Dodge), NP271 transfer case. Dana 60 front axle (from a 79 F350) and 10.25 sterling rear axle (from an 89 F250) 3.73 gearing.

Engine has been completely overhauled since pulled from original truck. Has southbend organic clutch, and transmission and transfer case have been serviced and re-sealed.

1978 F250 frame has been boxed and reinforced from engine compartment to rear of cab to handle the torque produced by this beast. Engine and transmission mounts were custom cut and welded to the frame. Firewall was custom fabricated to fit the engine and allow the removal of injector #6 with the engine still in the truck (unlike other Cummins swapped fords).

Currently drivetrain is in the frame and cab is on. Frame has been blasted and coated in POR15 chassis black. All body parts have been blasted to bare metal(dustless blasting, no warpage). Under cab and firewall have been coated with "lizard skin" heat and noise barrier.

This is still an ongoing project, more things will get done as time goes on. And price will go up $$$

Currently working on engine wiring and bodywork.
