Brand new. Purchased for my 2004 F250 6.0L before I sold it.
It is the best anti-theft system for the diesels as diesels are very easy to steal.
Very easy to install. Nothing to cut or modify. Just replace the original relay.
The relay replaces the original starter relay. The engine will not start until a button on the key fob is pushed.
