Runs and drives well, does what it says on the box. Everything works except the AC and radio. 4wd is very capable - manual hubs, low-range transfer case, low first gear, and limited-slip rear axle. Truck as a whole is very capable - 2700lb payload, tons of torque, good 4wd, 8' bed.
Cold starts great, hot starts sometimes take a while. Engine pulls strong, minimal smoke. Transmission shifts great and the driveline is solid, but the flywheel is noisy. Tires have a few months left in them, one flat-spotted. Steers a bit sloppy.
5-digit odometer reads 02267. Based on how the engine and transmission work, I believe it's rolled over once.
It's a work truck, not a show truck. No rust and the frame is straight, but peeling clearcoat and lots of minor body damage, mostly in the bed. Interior is ok, not trashed, some stains.
Recent work includes new glowplugs (genuine International), fuel return lines, oil cooler seals, water pump and coolant flush (correct diesel coolant and distilled water, Motorcraft thermostat), fuel filter, oil change (Shell Rotella T4 15W40 with upgraded Motorcraft filter).
Asking $3200. Selling to make room in the driveway, so no trades, sorry.
