I am selling my 2005 F350 crew cab long bed lariat FX4. This truck is just freaking awesome. It puts down a ton of power and will take you wherever you want to go. I am having to sell it because I bought a bigger toy hauler, and even thought the truck has the power to pull it and stop it, the safety margin isn't there on paper.

It has been a VERY reliable truck and will continue to serve the next owner.

I have done pretty much every engine modification you can to it short of a fully built rotating assembly.
I will breakdown what it has into different categories.

Engine:
Stock rotating assembly
UCF O-ringed cylinder heads with port work done, upgraded valves, and springs.
ARP head studs
Ford OEM head gaskets.

MBRP turbo back 4 inch system with 6 inch tip.

Barder Turbo stage 2.5 built from a brand new powermax using Billet 11 Blade Compressor Wheel 64.7 x 92mm
70.5mm GT40 10 Blade Turbine wheel.
Odawgs S3R custom made intake manifold
S&B cold air intake recently upgraded to newer design
No limit fabrication cold side boost pipes
CSF all metal upgraded all metal intercooler
Hot side pipe restraints.
All new upgraded silicone boost boots.

Transmission:
Twisted Diesel LEVEL 3 Transmission comes with deep pan, modified pump and modified clutch packs. Input shaft is made of billet steel. Shafts and hard parts are cryogenically treated.
Triple disc torque converter built by Phil at D.P.C. with billet cover and steel stator.

Suspension, brakes, and axles:
Leveling kit all around
1 month old Rancho RS-9000Xl adjustible shocks on all 4 corners.
Dual rancho steering stabilizers
Single procomp replacement stabilizer for stock location.
New tie rod ends, and center link.
Energy suspension bushings on front sway bar.
EBC yellow stuff front brake pads on power stop cryo rotors
Upgraded rear sway bar.
Air lift air bags on rear axle.
Mag-hytec rear diff cover with dipstick.

I have invested a ton of money into this truck, and I really hate to see it go, but I need to get something different.
I do not need help selling it, and I am not in a hurry. The truck has no accidents. Everything works, the check engine light isn't on, it starts right up and runs perfectly. The only downside to this truck is that it was a manufacturer buy back. I am not the original owner. The original owner used this truck specifically to tow, and he had a much to heavy trailer for it to safely tow. He also had a high HP tuner on it, and he didn't compensate for that when towing and he also didn't have the engine studded, so it ended up running too hot and blowing the head gaskets multiple times.
Ford bought it back, repaired it, and then I got it and upgraded it even further.

I am looking to sell it outright, but if someone were to offer a truck they had as a trade, I could add some cash on top. I would consider a trade for a 2012-2017 f350 4x4 dually. It has a rail kit for towing a 5th wheel and I may include the 5th wheel hitch for the right price. it also has a CB radio and antenna, but I will keep those. The truck has 137k on the engine, 12k on the heads, etc, and 6k on the built trans.
