1995 Ford F-350 XLT 7.5L Gas
110xxx miles
Automatic
4x4
Crew cab
Engine:
Walkaround:
The Great:
-Kenne Bell Twin Screw Supercharger.
The Holy Grail of Superchargers for the Ford 460 EFI; even some of the folks working at Kenne Bell call it a phantom, it's so rare. It is also considered to be the best S/C for that application. To the folks out there who have been looking for one for years (you know who you are), here is your chance to own one of maybe a dozen out there.
-KNN cold air intake
-Doug Thorley headers
-MSD ignition control
-Banks TransCommand
The Good:
-Clean title in my name
-Low miles
-Just a few scratches and dings, no cancer or surface rust
-Clean interior, no rips in seats or cracks in dash pad
-Front hitch receiver
-Fifth wheel hitch
-Runs and drives great
-Transmission shifts smoothly
-4x4 works great
-The previous owner installed a 4r100 pan so transmission fluid changes are much easier
-Driveline is solid, no vibrations going down the highway.
-Installed within the last 10000 miles:
-High output speakers & Bluetooth radio
-Battery
-Starter
-Ignition lock cylinder
-Cap/rotor/wires and plugs
-Front brake pads/rotors/caliper
-16" Aluminum wheels and Bridgestone Dueller tires
Included in Sale:
-New in box premium Warn hubs
-Driver side headlight assembly
-Front wheel bearings and seals
-MSD 8mm spark plug wires
-Custom Coverking seat covers
-Rear brake shoes
The Bad:
-Headliner sags on damp days
-Driver side interior door handle is broken
-Stripped gears in rear passenger window regulator motor.
-Driver side headlight assembly lost its cover
-Hard to start after having sat for a while. -Starts fine after two weeks of sitting.
-Manual hubs are starting to chatter
-TransCommand wiring has to be redone
-Parking brake non operative
The Ugly: (what I would do if I were to keep her)
-Midship tank is cracked, and front fuel pump is dead (Complete assembly: tank, pump and straps for around $400 at Napa)
-Catalytic converter has been deleted ($500 at Napa)
-Power steering system (pump, box and hoses $400 at Napa)
-External aftermarket auxiliary transmission cooler removed. ($100 at Napa)
-Registration expired in 02/17 and was not renewed.
