Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
This truck is a driver. I picked her up Christmas of 2012 down in Texas and brought her north. She is running on an older (2005/6) body off restoration.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
She's got a 302 out of 74 Maverick, GT40 heads partial polish with over-sized valves, .030 over KB pistons, 363942 Crane Cam and hydraulic lifters, Crane roller rockers, Crane roller timing chain, Professional Products Typhoon intake, Edelbrock Performer 600, MSD ignition, Hooker Headers, Flowmaster Series 40 mufflers (if you can call them that), built AOD trannie with a shift kit and a rebuilt 9" posi with 370 gears and a B&M click shifter.
Suspension Modifications:
Power steering from a 78 XLT including the steering column. The power steering pump is a new Saginaw. Front disc brakes from a 78 XLT
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
Power brake booster and master cylinder from a 78 XLT. The wheels are MotoMetal 961s, 18x10s rear and 18x9s front. The tires are Micky Thompson.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
She's been re-upholstered, new carpet, new door panels and arm rests, new rubber seals and gaskets, full set of Auto Meter gauges, new glass.
Future Modifications:
New 6 way buckets, console, Vintage Air, tonneau cover, new paint scheme and a quieter exhaust system.
