    Yes the only way to replace that is to order a whole new harness. I can't remember exactly now how the connectors come off, but just play with it a little bit. If the injector isn't broken, but the high pressure return line is, then you can just mess with it and even if it breaks you will be alright.

    As for the other side, we took off the CAC pipe and that was it. It was all handshaking it through like that. It's a real PITA. Let me know how you end up.

    I have a broken connector on the return line, is my only option to replace the entire harness? Also how do those connectors come off the injectors, do I need a special tool? And with my egr gone the passenger side will be easy to get to but the other side how much do you have to take off to get to it? I appreciate the help.
