It's a pretty straight forward swap, especially with the transdapt crossmember. I had to fab up a transmission mount for the c6, but that was pretty simple. The hardest thing to find was a driveshaft that was just the right length. unfortunately the one from the 223/4speed was not the right length. I measure what I needed and scoured a junk yard until I found one (which happened to be off an f350). The shaft bolted right up to my 9". the rear end you got should be a pretty easy bolt in since it's off a 66. mine's off an '84 and the shock mounts had to be relocated. Hi Uberkup i had some questions about your 390fe c6 swap into 1964 f100. i'm doing the exact same swap. i just wanted to see what kind of problems you ran into well doing this? i have the tran dapt motor mount crossmember a 360 FE and i'm going to be using a NP435 trans. i have also gottn ahold of a 9 inch rear end out of a 1966 f250. any info would be great. thanks
