F81B14B205EN and EE are engineering numbers that crossed over to part numbers that were replaced by the F81Z14B205EE. So all of them should have worked. Either it and the truck have to be programmed together or you have another problem. Good Luck.

Ford didn't start recording part numbers to the Vin number until 1/2 way through the 2001 model year. So getting the engineering number off your old Gem module is always a good plan.
2000 F250,4X4, with electronic transfer case, with keyless entry, with power equipment group, is part number F81Z14B205EE. Engineering number on the original one should be F81B14B205EP. List price of $545.69. Your FTE "Brudda" price from me would be $330.14 plus freight.
A tech may have to finish programing it to your particular vehicle. I can't tell. Ford doesn't tell me yes or no. So it may or may not work right out of the box.
Again, I'd really like to get the engineering number off the old one to be 100% sure. Sometimes Ford sneaks another module part number in vehicles that aren't listed in the Ford parts catalog. And no one will want to take it back for credit.
