Sorry for the slow reply. I don't have time to get on here much any more.
By "sleeving" I was talking about the steel inserts which go into the lug nut holes in the wheels. The earlier trucks were lug-centric, not hub-centric like the metric wheels.

I found your post from 2007 about redrilling and sleeving Excursion wheels to fit an earlier vehicle. I have a spare set of EX wheels I want to put on my 1989 E350. Do you remember the ballpark price on this? And by "sleeving" I guess you mean the centerbore to fit the different hub, right?
