Conversation Between EGR USA and TallyF350

I have searched through all of the advertisements for these fenders and nowhere do I see any mention of this molding style and nowhere do I see pics that properly illustrate the finished product. When I asked JC Whitney how they attached to the upper fender they said it was with 3M tape, this would lead one to believe that, like OEM, the have double sided tape. I feel completely mislead.

Can you help me locate something that may work? If I would have known this was going to be the finished product I would never have ordered them and paid to have them painted. JC Whitney has been no help.

Help Please I ordered egr oem style fender flares from JC Whitney and asked the operator to confirm they were paint-able he said there was a 3m sticker on the inside that hold the fender against the body. well as you can see the 3m piece looks horrible. is there any other color 3m tape? can the 3m tape be painted? what can I do to fix this?
