No mods to truck done so gvwr sticker on door is still 10k? I have my registration at 15k for pulling tractor and boat - the 5er does not matter because it has a toilet. If 5er is all I pull then regis. could stay at 10k. This is in NC. DMV told me the toilet is what makes the differnce in regis..

All I had to do was complete the self inspection for the state and pay the extra 12 bucks to register it at the weight.

Yeah that is about how it sounded. With the radio off and the system on auto I could hear that noise. I got down on the floor board on the passenger side and could hear and feel it.

I put my hand up on the black box under the dash.

I did not tear into mine as I was still in the bumper to bumper warranty. So I had them do the job.

Took them about 1/2 a day.

I recently read a thread where you made a post listing the problems you have had with your truck. One of the problems had to do with the blending door I think involving the heating/cooling of the cab. Can you elaborate? I have started hearing a noise that sounds like a door opening and closing at random. It is coming from under the center of the dash. Any ideas?
