is the airaid oil-less? I probably would have gone that route, but when I got it, K&N seemed to be the only real option out there for the X. It's not a big deal oiling it though, used to doing that kinda maintenance on our dirt bikes
that's cool the airaid does the same on our V10 which I like but I don't do the replacing thing. I wish I could get an airaid for the other trucks we have but no money right now. We had a K&N in our 86 F150 and it ran weird I took the stock air box out put an 88 style airbox on and it runs great using a cheapo fram filter.

Very good, I clean in about every 3-4k miles and now since I got two filters I don't have to have any down time when cleaning it. Now I take the one off, oil my extra one, and install, while I'm cleaning the other. Scroll down to see my setup https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...today-829.html
Hey I just looked up the info on what I was telling sorry but the Banks stinger isn't for 05s only for 99-04 so it won't work on your ex since I believe you have the 3 valve. But my buddy with a 05 F250 says the banks monster exhaust is pretty good. I don't know if the airaid intake will fit or not now looking that up. Here is the link to the banks monster which my buddy has: Banks Power | 99-11 Ford - 6.8L V10; 6.2L V8>>Monster® Exhaust
