i hate trying to get permission cause people are so anal about not letting anyone hunt ,so i just go as deep as possible into national forest and get away from people when it comes to elk.i know a lot were pulled out of the north fork last year though,i may end up trying yakima this year too

right on.. yeahi need to go scouting here soon too.. i have some new places in mind.. but need permission from land owners to go out there..

oh yeah i hunt my arse off.lol i went on a scouting trip last weekend that ended in huge blisters on my feet.hopefully this weekend ill head out on another trip to a place i found during turkey season that looked very promising over in the huckleberry ridge unit.it starts sept 7th i think so i need to find the elk soon

right on...so do you do any hunting in the area?? i havent had much luck for elk in the last couple years..
