Conversation Between roadrash63 and Hendrixx

i got apx 178,000 mi on the tranny no major problems except that it hangs up a bit periodically going into third or fourth gear.i dont have a tach yet but its turnin some pretty good rpms with 28" tires and 3.73 gears....gonna get 31 " tires asap
but i love downshifting into third gear ( powerbraking) and listening to the diesel sound thru my glasspacks which dump at the wheel!

Hey man, I got the 302 with 4 speed as well... 4x4 too.. just wondering, hows the tranny? how many m/kms do you have on it and how has everything been to you? just wanna get an idea of what im in for,
