I have visited the Info you posted several times regarding the EGR delete that you did. I need to know a few things if you don't mind....

What process was used to weld the aluminum 90 elbow to the Intake Manifold?
TIG, MIG, torch? Any Suggestions?

How did you test the seal?

How has it held up and do you have any regrets?
