Hey Bill, you will never believe who I caught driving down one street over from mine! I guess he was trying to see if my garage doors were open or something like that! who knows, he is so fricken weird, he won't even look at me. The best part was catching him going down a dead end road to get a look at my place. He knows he got busted lol.
