F600 tire balance

I would think that a Dayton style rim would have to be balanced while mounted on the truck- no way to mount the tire and rim on a balancer without the spoked hub. I have recently heard about some outfit selling ceramic BB's that you put inside the tube to balance the tire while driving down the road. That may be a possibility.

They sun it up at the Mack dealer ,but didnt balance it ,It didnt shake like it did on the truck seemed like the rim may have been slightly out of round where it meets the hub so I put another wheel /tire on ,made no difference but it was questionable to begin with ,so put a 3rd wheel on ,,jacked it up and checked for true ,spinning with a stationary pointer at all points I could think of ,rim ,hub and tire ,yet to drive it ,,more later
