I have a 2000 f350 srw 7.3 4x4 140,000 miles. I just replaced my swaybar and dropdown bushings hoping to eliminate a rattle noise and squeek I have underneath my truck. The noise continues does anybody have any ideas or thoughts? It is not a u-joint and makes the noise frequently but will sometimes stop for a short period. Thanks for any help Ron

 

front, middle, rear?? just two possibilities, maybe check the heat shield under the cab possibly making contact with the exhaust, and or maybe the torque converter cover might be loose.

 

It seems to come from the passenger side floorboard area
