OK guys. I have a 1967 F250 camper special that I need to sell. I've completely rebuilt it mechanically. I dropped a custom built 390 Hi Pro with 68 GT Hi Pro heads that has to many custom parts in it to list. I put a C6 tranny behind it with a Trans-Go shift kit. I converted the front end over to a heavy duty dual piston disk brakes with new master cylinder and power brake booster. I even put a new power steering gear box in it. I few years ago I converted the rear end gears from the original 410 to 354 ratio. The body is in good condition but could use a paint job. No major rust or dents. The bed has had a canopy over it for over 15 years so it's in good shape also. I just redid the interior with a front seat upholstery kit from LMC, sound barrier pad and carpet. I recover the door panels myself. I have absolutely no idea what to ask for the "Old Beast". Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. If you need pictures I'll gladly post them.
I'm going to consider this thread a valuation inquiry rather than an advertisement, as advertising in the forums is against the rules and he did inquire what he should ask for it. As long as it stays in that spirit then it can remain.
For FTE Moderator: I can promise you this is not an advertisement!!! I'm simply trying to find a way to put a price on the old beast. If you do feel this is a violation of your polices feel free to delete. I'm just looking for advise.
I could pretty much tell that's what you were after, but another slant was put on it so I had to say something. But he's partially right in that pics would go a long way towards helping you with a valuation, and these trucks can bring quite different prices in different parts of the country.
