My latest work on my '77
I bought my 77 F-150 Ranger step side a year and a half ago as a one owner, 83k mile truck. It had a custom rear bumper, custom aluminum wheels (including 2 spares!), but otherwise was completely stock. Since then the following has been done:
New ignition, plugs, distributor, and wires
New shocks
Replaced rear brake cylinders and brake fluid flush/replace
Replaced tires (31x10.5x15 BF Goodrich M/T)
Replaced all driveline fluids
New front steering components (I fought the terrain and the terrain won)
Relocated transmission cooler to inside front grill (for protection)
Fixed all lighting and electrical exterior and interior including trailer wiring
Added stereo and speakers
Added 10,000 lb winch on custom front mount - Custom Class III 12k lb trailer hitch upside down and mounted to frame rails with custom cut front bumper (ran out of money to wire the rear too so I can switch it if needed)
The truck has gone through a lot of things most people won't even attempt.
