Retrofitting an OBS with the Crankup Spare Tire Parts

Since I have a Superhitch on my 97 F-350, the use of the tire iron to lower and raise the spare does not work. Has anyone done a cable retrofit of the parts from a newer truck used to lower and raise the spare?

It won't be easy because of the fuel tank, but it might be possible. Wish I still had the trash winch off my old 99 for mock up purposes. Keep in mind you might also need a hole in your bumper to access the crank, and you'll need to get some 99-03 jack handles so you can crank up/down.
