Need help with a part number

Hi, Been searching the net for a RH tie rod end For my 63 F600, It has a 5000lb front axle.

It seems without a part number I am SOL

Any help would be appreciated.

DON SANDERSON FORD in Glendale AZ has 9 = 623-842-8762.

Sanderson will be cheaper than Green Sales.
