90 model f 250 351w no injector pulse

I got a problem with the injectors there getting power but no pulse, what do i need to do to trace the problem, not sure what to do next! any suggestions!

Do your fuel pump run all the time the key is on?
Do you get a CEL lamp on your cluster when you turn on the key?

no injector pulse

yes there is great spark,and the cel is on when the ignition is on i believe, lets say for this it is but what if it wasn't what would that mean! the fuel pump runs for a second or so and its holding pressure on the rail for days!
what do you think I should check next?

The way you said that I do not know if you are stating the way you remember the above items or are the way they are now.

If the CEL is not on it could mean the computer is bad but you say the fuel pump runs for one second a quits so sounds like the computer and both relays are OK.

How do you know the injectors are getting a ground pulse?
Did you use a noid light?

no the injectors are getting power no pulse, i I used a stethoscope, and there wasn't any clicking from any of the injectors, and a test light lit up solid on any injector wire you back probe with the ignition on. and if you spray gas in the throttle body it will start and run as long you keep spraying the gas!

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge and if you have about 45 PSI with pin #6 of the EEC self-test connector shorted to pin #2 and with the key on then change out the Computer.
